The Villas modern design was created by young Moscow designer Tatiana Minina and she realized this fresh look on how beautiful and comfortable tropical life can be. Carefully selected handmade furniture and accessories blend well with the designer' ideas on famous Asian hospitality and service in European style and comfort.

Each villa are very well equipped with all amenities you can need for luxury living, like full equipped kitchen, hi-end media centers in living room, the best hotel quality linen and softest towels, hand made ceramic bathroom amenities and fragrances specially created for "4S villas", free and unlimited hi-speed Internet access, plenty of space to relax and enjoy your life, The Villas are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and each has a private swimming pool.

VILLA SEA:
Villa Sea has more traditional square shape contour with very well landscaped spacious garden and private 8-meters long swimming pool. As all "4S villas" it has open plan living room, pool side deck with round shape sun bed and also daybed. This combination together with white color rattan sofa in living area provides every guest private space for relax in comfort ambience.

When you approach the living room from impressive doors made of teak wood you will be amazed by the very big main ceiling lamp made of hundreds of round shape shells that look like clouds in the sky.

Fashionable dining table covered with a glass is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your culinary experiments. Media center consist of flat-screen 42" TV, DVD player with surround sound system, iPod dock and also all cables you need to connect your laptop to watch favorite from your private movie collection. TV is also connected to 60 local and international TV channels.

The theme of the sea is well reflecting in the design of bedrooms with turquoise walls and bedside hanging lamps made of shells, make up tables and mirrors with coconut frames. Modern "white wash" color teak wood furniture dilute blue colors and bring purity into the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has sliding doors leading to the pool-side deck. Both bedrooms have similar amenities and impressive en-suite bathrooms each with wall-size mirrors, two wash basins, rain showers, bathtubs, hand make ceramic accessories and selection of toiletries specially created for "4S villas". Both bedrooms are with king-size beds and built-in wardrobes.

   
VILLA SUN:
Villa Sun is decorated in sunny gamma with dominating orange and white colors, round shapes like the Sun are displayed in the living area, decorated with impressive handing lamp made of shells falling from Indonesian style dome this Villa will enchant. Center place is given to the round sofa in front of the 42" flat-screen TV with two free form "beanbags" to add more extremely comfortable seating places. Others media facilities include surround sound system, DVD player, iPod dock and all cables you may need to connect your laptop to media system to watch movies from your private collection on big screen TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave oven, blender, toaster and collection of pans enough to make breakfast or prepare something easy or special for your friends or family. Home-style breakfasts are usually preparing every morning in your villa' kitchen and included in daily rental rates.

Guests can also order romantic garden dinner surrounded by candles carefully placed around the villa by villa crew. Special set of very comfortable white color rattan furniture can be set up in the garden on guest' request. We also recommend trying BBQ dinner prepared from morning caught seafood by special invited BBQ chef.

Two similar size bedrooms designed with dominating orange color and are located opposite to each other when sliding doors of first bedroom lead to swimming pool than another bedroom has view to well manicured garden.

Each of the bedrooms has An en-suite bathroom with similar amenities but different layout. The en-suite bathroom of the pool side bedroom is equipped with only A rain shower while the en-suite of the garden bedroom has A rain shower as well as bathtub. Softest towels, bath robes, handmade ceramics and toiletries, special created for "4S villas" are compliments for our guests.
